As the founder and CEO of the SADC University of African Medicine, he championed the formalization of education and qualifications for African traditional healers. His dedication to nurturing the next generation of practitioners was further exemplified through the establishment of the Mhlabuhlangene School of African Medicine, a centre of excellence promoting sustainable practices, cultural preservation, and ethical standards in traditional health care.
